Was better than expected. The garlic bread is to die for. I need to find that recipe. The steaks were awesome and cooked to perfection. The server was phenomenal. The salad bar was pretty good, but the desert bar was lacking. There needs to be more of a variety. I would also like to see more choices on the menu.

It was in front of our hotel and we didn't want to deal with strapping the kids for another drive (as we had been on the road for hours) so we went to this restaurant. My daughter asked if she can have apple slices with her mac n cheese and the lady at the counter said yes. Then she comes back from the kitchen and said they don't. She rings up her order of mac n cheese and apple juice. Then said they don't have apple juice either. We asked for chocolate milk. And a couple of minutes later after we sat down we were told they didn't have the mac n cheese as well. My daughter ended up with butter and cheese pasta. My husband ordered shrimp skewers and i ordered the ultimate shrimp trio. Every piece shrimp was overcooked and obviously were originally a bag of frozen shrimp. I don't recommend this place. The 1 star is for an awesome service we got from the waitress who brought us whatever else we needed.

Klamath Falls was one of the last stops on a recent road trip and it was kind of a depressing little town. We checked everywhere for a decent place to eat and found nothing which resulted in us walking across the parking lot of our hotel to the Sizzler that was next door. A long time ago, when I was a little kid, Sizzler was a legitimate, upscale steak house, but it's certainly not like that anymore. It's decidedly fast food in execution. Now, let me stop here for a second... The staff at this Sizzler were excellent! Super friendly, charming, attentive, etc. If was just rating the staff, I'd give these ladies 6 stars. Unfortunately, the food that's being served is not worth their effort... My Dad ordered pasta and I ordered a grilled chicken dish and the salad bar. The salad bar was sad and not much better than a highschool cafeteria. When my chicken showed up it was obviously partially microwaved and was so tough and gristly that I couldn't even cut it with a steak knife. The baked potato it came with was edible. I also hit up the soft serve desert machine which was very plain. My Dad thought his pasta was ok, but he also had a couple of glasses of wine which I'm sure helped mellow his palette a bit. C'mon Sizzler. Try harder!

Hey your in klamath falls, your dining choices are limited. Hubs and I have traveled through the town before and eaten at local places. However this particular Sunday night, we didn't want to "discover" a new place. So we went to a chain restaurant. We have never been to this Sizzler though. We stuck with simple menu items, salad bar and hamburger. The burger was ok . The salad bar was the sizzler stock items, everything looked fresh. However I did stay away from the taco meat, it swam in a deep pool of grease.. Staff was great. It was a mad crazy Sunday night, everyone kept pace.

I went in the other day. It was great, the waitress was awseome. My steak was cooked exactly the way i wanted it, i had orderd 3 skewers and only got 2. So i told the waitress that i had only got 2 and i had orderd 3, she apologized and and brought out 1 more. Food was good i will for sure be coming back.

I live in Klamath Falls and have visited Sizzler time and again, so far I have never been disappointed. I think the salad bar is one of the best I've encountered in Southern Oregon. I read some of the other posts and find myself picking up on comments that just don't seem right to me. People coming from the nearby hotel seem to think they are in New York City, entering the best eating join in town. All I can say is check the prices, they are a good value for the food you are served. If you have been in a car for 9 hours don't take it out on wait staff and bad mouth the food, go to McDonald's where you will fit right in. For those of you, wHo are looking for a good place to eat, at reasonable prices, you'll find it at Sizzler's.

What's with 3half pieces of cheese toast for 2 people. Raised d prices while eliminating onion rings, watered down clam chowder. This sizzler never was up to the standard of others,, but its gone downhill even more to the point where its no longer worth going to.

Had the East Coast combo, sirloin with shrimp scampi linguini . Very tasty, nice size portions. Hubby had fish n chips. Very large portions of cod, just right batter & cooked perfectly. Friendly service

My parents wanted to stop in and it was ok. I find all Sizzlers to be pretty much the same as another. The food is good, especially the wings on the salad / dinner bar. Minimal options, but really what there is seems to be acceptable. I will go again but probably not until mom and dad come back to visit. And that will be ok.

Surprisingly Good! I am not really a fan of fast food places usually. Here in Klamath Falls options are limited so I wandered in here one day when they had an all you can eat fried shrimp special. I am really glad I did! The restaurant is VERY clean and the service is really good! It is advertised as a place for steak, but, the real standout here is the salad bar. It has everything you could want to make a zillion different green salads. It also has chicken wings, tacos, soup, spaghetti and meatballs and a Sundae bar. I have had a couple steaks here since then, and, I wouldn't recommend them. The were cooked exactly the way I like them and properly seasoned, but, the cuts of meat have always been very fatty and full of gristle. You can't beat the price either.... you can eat lunch here for less than 20$...which is amazing even for fast food. Definitely not a 5 star restaurant..... Definitely scores as a 5 star option in Klamath Falls! I wish they were open right now.......

I like the KF Sizzler. My husband and I went twice in 2 weeks, on our way up and down to and from Nevada. I like the salad bar with all the toppings and goodies, their fried chicken wings are crispy and tasty, and for dessert I like the ice cream with 3 toppings to choose from, butterscotch, chocolate and strawberry sauce, and peanuts and sprinkles as well. The girl taking the order was full of smiles and so engaging, and the server was very pleasant too.

What was I thinking? I was hungry and Sizzler was there. Now and then I enjoy a steak and it's affordable. This time I had fish & chips. Fish was very very greasy. Appeared to be frozen and pre-cooked and greased up a second time. I don't recommend the fish to anyone - stick with the steak or salads.

I've said this before in my Yelp reviews, and apparently it bears repeating. When reviewing a restaurant, compare like with like. Were I to measure this- or any- Sizzler against, say, Ruths Chris, I'd give it 1 star, and that would not be fair, because Sizzler sells a thirteen dollar steak, while a Ruths Chris steak is north of fifty bucks. If you want your review to have even a shred of credibility, factor in the price-point. So, having lectured the clueless, on with the review. The place was impeccably clean, and the service was great. The staff was prompt, unobtrusive, and friendly. The salad bar is probably the best in town, with plenty of fresh green offerings, ranging from a romaine mix to baby spinach, with a great variety of toppings and dressings. The chicken wings are a definite plus. I didn't try the soup, but I know that if it sits there for just a little while, even properly heated, a skin will form on the top. The rational human looks at this and gives the soup a quick stir. Problem solved, unless you are too much of a princess to actually stir a ladle once or twice. Also, please note that 'Burgundy' is not merely a color- it is a cooking style from the Burgundy region of France which usually involves braises with onions, mushrooms, and Burgundy wine, hence the purple color. Duh. (Can you tell which review I found so objectionable?) I ordered the NY steak and my husband the ribeye. We both ordered our steaks rare, and they came out medium rare, which is what we wanted in the first place; we know enough to know that unless you are at a high-end steakhouse, the cook will be too timid to make a rare steak. The steaks were fine; a little on the tough side, but we weren't paying for Prime cuts. They were seasoned well, and came out hot and good. We also ordered the side of shrimp skewers. I'd skip those next time. They were under-seasoned and overcooked. All in all, this is a great place for an excellent all-you-can-eat salad and a decent steak at a price that will allow you to treat yourself regularly.

Very disappointed in this Sizzler. Perhaps I have been spoiled by the amazing experience at a Sizzler in Sacramento where the staff were friendly and attentive, and the food outstanding. The service here was ok...at least the servers were friendly and attentive, but the fact that we had to walk around the restaurant carrying a large tray of full beverages until we found (and put together) a table large enough for us, really started my night off poorly. Salad bar was good...kind of small but at least the food was fresh and tasty. When our entrees came, the food was cold, and at least one of the steaks was not done to correct wellness -- very over cooked. The flavor may have been good, but I'll not know, as the temperature reduced the appeal. McDonald's and Pizza Hut would have been a better choice.

In a moment of desperation, my wolf-pack and I wandered into Sizzler hoping for a good salad bar, as we were desperately in need of something remotely green and vegetable-like after a 9 hour car ride and a stop at Sonic that had us betting on who would be first to die of a heart attack in 30 years. In terms of the salad bar, things were pretty decent as far as salad goes. I have to say, the number of options you get with the "salad" bar is amazing, and includes soup, soft serve ice cream, fruit, and a taco bar! Unfortunately, only the salad bar and soft serve were really the only ones executed well enough to warrant consumption. I'm pretty sure that had I eaten the film on the top of the soup and the dried-out taco meat filling, I would have been regretting being a living organism several hours later. Perhaps even more unfortunate was my entree, (which, to be honest, I really should have known better because it was described as "burgundy," which is a color, not a flavor, but in my defense 9 hours in a car would cloud anyone's judgement). The clearly plastic-derived sauce flooded the rice pilaf, chewy pieces of steak, and dried-out mushrooms. I had about 3 bites and decided that I liked living, so ended up not eating 98% of it. So there you go. Really a 1 star experience, but 2 for the fairly decent salad bar and overall friendly service.

I was not impressed. I was only in town for a couple of days and my (age 65+) parents wanted to go there. Is it for the senior discount? probably. I was not a fan of stand in line to order the food, then go down another line and pay at the register, then be seated. We did not get the all-you-can-eat salad bar, the old folks did that and they liked it just fine. I ordred grilled salmon and veggies and my kids got ribs with fries and rib-eye steak with fries. I was thinking for $12 I should have got more besides a small piece of salmon and some steamed broccoli, maybe some rice pilaf would have helped my attitude?? $13 for the ribs and fries-nothing to write home about. Steak was a decent size as though it should be for $15 and only came with a handfull of french fries. No frills is an understatement here. You are given an option of Baked potato, fries, rice, or steamed veggies. I believe there is no value for the price unless you get the unlimited salad bar, which we could have added on to our meals for I believe was an additional $5. No thanks The kids said their food was mediocre, it was edible but not exactly good. Service was decent, abeit slipshot but then again fine dining this is not. I guess it is what it is, good place to hang out with the old folks and talk during your dinner. Its hard to remember how good they were about refilling drinks, unremarkable is the word because I dont remember if good or bad. Given any other option, I would not dine here again but would try some other locally owned option.

While we lived in K. Falls, we went there a few times, especially when we wanted steak but were indignant over the prices in other steakhouses. For the price, it was reasonably good. We also liked the salad bar. We did get good service at the table.
